Hofgut Sickertshofen in Schwabhausen, Dachau district, has 40,000 m² of estate grounds for outdoor corporate events, about 30 minutes by car north-west of Munich. They include a paved, drivable courtyard of 1,500 m², meadows from 2,500 to 10,000 m² and an amphitheatre of about 150 m². Heavy power, Wi-Fi and up to 250 parking spaces are on site.
At many venues the garden behind the hall is the smokers' corner. Here it's the other way round: the farmyard is the venue, and the halls stand around it.
Buffet and stage go in the courtyard, tents, courses or a tractor for the exhibition on the meadows. Coaches and trucks drive on paved routes right up to the setup spot. If you're looking for an event venue with outdoor space near Munich, you get a farm with heavy power.
And if the weather turns, the Vaulted Hall is right next door.

The courtyard sits in the middle, surrounded by the old farm buildings, paved, level and drivable. Receptions, buffet stations, stages and vehicle displays happen here.
The 200 m² canopy provides direct weather protection along the hall edge.
Meadows from 2,500 to 10,000 m² · additional 5-hectare area available
For when the courtyard isn't enough. Stretch tents, team building stations or vehicles go on the meadows, and at big parties the guests spread out here.

The amphitheatre sits between Orangerie and outdoor area and has underfloor heating, so it's usable in April and October too.
Good for outdoor presentations, speaker rounds, group exercises or as a stage for smaller formats.

Right next to the Vaulted Hall. This is where the smokers stand, and where the quiet conversations happen while the band plays inside.
Outdoor lounge furniture for two groups of eight people is included.

The farm has further halls, including a machine hall. We clear it out if needed, and it becomes exhibition, storage or event space.
Good for in-house exhibitions, vehicle displays or as storage during setup.
Power, network, parking and lighting
32A and 63A connections at several points across the grounds, max. 75 kW total draw. No generator needed.

90 right at the estate, up to 250 on the meadows. Coaches and trucks drive straight onto the grounds, plus 2 EV chargers with green electricity.
On all buildings, so the party can continue outside after sunset.
The Vaulted Hall is ready as backup, and stretch tents add protection in the courtyard and on the meadows.
Biogas and solar with battery storage, right on the farm. Outdoors runs on energy from the estate too, at no extra cost.
We put up to two stretch tents of up to 500 m² each in the courtyard or on the meadows, against rain, against sun or as a space of their own. We coordinate setup and dismantling.
The canopy of the Vaulted Hall provides an additional 200 m² of covered outdoor space directly along the hall, without setup effort.
And back outside at the end. Vaulted Hall, Beletage and Orangerie all open directly onto the courtyard, so nobody has to cross a car park.
The estate's regular caterers cook for outdoors too: grill station in the courtyard, food trucks on the meadow or a menu in the hall.
